# 5. Business Model

> ### **The Social Enterprise Sharing Platform** 

The revenue-sharing mechanism involves merchants contributing a portion of their revenue in exchange for increased sales. For example, a 50% share from a ₱3,000.00 sale generates a ₱1,500.00 contribution to the platform.

Suppose you're a consumer looking for quality products and services within our community platform. When you make a purchase, you not only get fantastic items but also unlock the ARRA program.

Our selling merchants generously share a portion of their revenue from each sale with our platform. This revenue is then transformed into valuable reward points.

**Revenue Allocation Sharing (80% / 20% rules)**

* 80% of ₱1,500.00 = ₱1,200.00 allocated to the ARRA program is divided among the following:

- [x] CAR (18%) = ₱216.00
- [x] TAR (66.42%) = ₱779.04
- [x] DAR (7.66%) = ₱91.92
- [x] PAR (2.46%) = ₱29.52
- [x] MAR (2.46%) = ₱29.52
- [x] Server Allocation (3%) = ₱36.00

> Total of ₱1,200.00

* 20% of ₱1,500.00 = ₱300.00 represent the platform shared revenue is divided among the following:

- [x] 21% to Supporters Affiliate Reward (SAR) = ₱63.00
- [x] 9% to Leaders Affiliate Reward (LAR) = ₱27.00
- [x] 6% to Regional Affiliate Reward (AMAR) = ₱18.00
- [x] 64% as platform revenue (WOIY Technologies Inc.) = ₱192.00

> Total of ₱300.00
